Mascot is a relatively new wine for the Harlan family, and is made from younger vines at the Harlan Estate, the BOND vineyards and Promontory. The same meticulous care and attention goes into the growing of these vines and the result is a taste of the magic these vineyards can produce. There’s a great balance between power and elegance here, with dark, brooding blackberry and black plum, and an earthy mineral component that brings more restraint.
