Pahi is a vineyard right on the famous Te Muna Road that makes quintessential Martinborough Pinot and it flies under the radar in the single vineyard range. It's full of bright red fruit, wild sage and rosemary, with some cured meat and gamey complexity. The fruit is dark in character, plump and juicy, and there's a fine line of acidity throughout, and mouth-coating, silky tannins.
