2021 Block 3 Pinot Noir, Felton Road, Central Otago

This is the 25th bottling of Block 3 and this vintage is fantastic. It's full of wild herb and sweeter spice aromas. There's a creaminess on the palate and focussed, precise black berry fruits. The tannins are velvet in texture but provide just enough grip, balancing beautifully with the intense bramble flavours.
