Gibbston is the coolest subregion of Central Otago, and as a result the 2020 from Valli is cool, aromatic and perfumed, with bright redcurrant and raspberry fruit. There's a herbal quality and lots of cooling freshness. Precise, refreshing and charming with papery tannins.
