On the nose this is classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Grassy with notes of elderflower, there’s also a core of passionfruit: blind, you couldn’t be anywhere else. The palate is where this really stands out: concentrated and vibrant, with incredible precision and a very long, fine finish. This is utterly delicious: it remains the benchmark.
