Burn Cottage is the 28 hectare property in the beautiful Central Otago region founded by Marquis Sauvage who quickly brought on celebrated winemaker Ted Lemon. It's now one of the finest names in the whole of New Zealand. It always shows tension and freshness, with lots of spice and ripe cherry fruit. Spicy and savoury in this tiny vintage with plenty of concentration, woody herbs and licorice.
