2019 Akitu 'A1' Pinot Noir, Central Otago

2019 Akitu 'A1' Pinot Noir, Central Otago

Ripe dark cherries, black plum, rose petals and an earthy complexity are all coiled very tightly in a compact bundle of aromatic intensity. There is a silkiness to the palate with lots of concentrated fruit and some spice. The fruit comes across quite plush but is balanced by clean high acidity and a spicy finish.
