The inaugural vintage of Patrick Materman’s iconic Sauvignon Blanc is made using Champagne presses to enhance the delicate nuances of the grape variety. Nose of crushed leaves, subtle spice and a hints of orchard fruit and smoke. The palate is pure, with peach and citrus characters, kernel and river stone notes. Marlborough Sauvignon plus a little extra magic.
