Crafted with a healthy proportion of whole bunches and matured in around a third new oak, it's full of pure dark cherry, damson plum, and wild strawberry aromas, seamlessly laced with savoury spice, dried herbs, and floral lift. The palate offers gorgeous presence and volume, framed by fine, sinewy tannins, taut mineral-laden acidity, and a long, harmonious finish.
