2023 Florita Riesling, Jim Barry, Clare Valley

From the Florita vineyard, considered one of the finest spots for Riesling in Australia. It's floral, as you'd expect, layered with jasmine, elderflower and honeysuckle. In the mouth, it's textural and mineral with explosive citrus on the palate. Exceptionally concentrated, with vividly bright acidity shining through the endless finish. Excellent.
