Springvale is a six hectare vineyard in the Watervale area of Clare Valley, situated at 460m above sea level. The soil here is soft and loamy with some limestone. The resulting wine is generous and fruit-forward with a chalky textural note. Sweet citrus and green apple flavours with crystalline acidity.
