The Gingin clone makes up the majority (84%) of this blend of Chardonnay fruit from the estate’s top vineyards. Gingin was originally brought to Margaret River in the ‘50s as a detector for viruses in the vineyard and has remained a staple of the region due to its enticing aromatic profile and scintillating acidity. Aromas of camomile and spiced, baked apples with a pleasant grip on the finish.
