100% Shiraz from the Ebenezer sub region, made from vines up to 130 years old. The 2021 vintage had early rains, before becoming mild and dry with an extended Indian Summer. It's beautifully ripe as a result, but with Ben's deft hand it retains finesse and elegance. Dark cherry, blackberry and plum combine with woody herbs and exotic, dry spice.
