Moss Wood are world renowned for creating some of the most long-living Cabernet Sauvignon in Australia. This Margaret River classic is restrained and elegant in style, with more than a nod to the great wines of the Medoc. 2021 was one of the cooler vintages in Margaret River, which gives a beautiful freshness to the wine. This should make it age beautifully. The tannins are supple and silky and there's a subtle graphite developing. Distinctly Margaret River, a touch of menthol, wild rosemary notes and a salty, mineral edge, complete this aristocratic Australian wine.
