They use 70% whole bunches which gives a lifted, herbal quality, alongside lots of savoury-tinged, crunchy black fruit. There's mouthwatering acidity and it feels like there's a long life ahead for this wine. A great and bold example of cool-climate Adelaide Hills Shiraz.
