Anaperenna (Roman goddess of the New Year) throws a splash of Cabernet in with Barossa Shiraz, boosting the wine’s aromatics and depth of flavour. It comes from low-yielding old vines: the Shiraz is between 30 and 100 years old, and the oldest Cabernet vines are over 130 years old.In 2018, this wine sings. It’s rich but approachable, plush but pure, and will age beautifully.
