A beautifully complex Hunter Valley Semillon sourced from the best plots, some over 100 years of age. It is a wine with huge complexity with notes of flint, lemon balm, ginger and honeysuckle. There is a fine balance between the juicy citrus and green mango fruit on the palate and a beautiful core of freshness and salinity. A wine of real intensity yet only 12% alcohol. A true benchmark.
