The Sangreal is the oldest planting of the three and with its red soils tends to a silky, perfumed style of Pinot. North to south vines lead to more sun exposure, with a high proportion of whole bunch fermentation making for a serious wine. Ripe currant fruit with game and sylvan notes and a more masculine feel than the Farrside; very engaging palate.
