This singular Pinot Meunier was created by oenologist Mary Bridges as a tribute to her late sister Emma, with 100% of net sale proceeds going to the Drinks Trust’s Restore initiative– supporting mental health in the drinks hospitality industry. Mary, one of the UK’s rising-star winemakers, previously spent time in California’s Russian River Valley, and this is a nod to California's rich, rounded style of Pinot that showcases the fruit, body and texture of the wine. It is bursting with gorgeous dark cherry and floral aromas, a fresh cherry acidity on the palate, and soft, seductive tannins. Outstanding.
