The grapes for this 100% Assyrtiko come from 100-120 year old vines from various vineyards around the island including Messaria, Karterados, Pyrgos, Megalochori and Akrotiri. This wine epitomises everything that Assyrtiko can deliver, such minerality and purity on the palate combines with lemon verbena and white grapefruit. The acidity is incredibly zesty and refreshing, utterly delicious.
