2017 Cuvée Monsignori, Argyros, Santorini

On the nose this is reticent, but with swirling comes sea spray, lime blossom, peaches and elderflower. The palate is so textured and dense, but with a verve and energy that we can’t quite believe. There’s a vibrancy here, and a length and precision. This is astonishing. And totally unique.
