The 2021 Cepparello is a benchmark from a great vintage in Tuscany, and one of the final vintages of Paolo de Marchi. It's intense, but there's incredible freshness here, and a long, structured, mineral finish. This is a wine that will stand the test of time, and a fitting finale from one of Italy's greatest winemakers.
