2021 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Terrazze San Leolino, Fontodi, Tuscany

‘Terrazze San Leolino’, Fontodi’s most recent Gran Selezione, is produced from a five-hectare terraced single vineyard. There is a real sense of freshness running through the wine, with notes of red cherry, liquorice and cocoa nibs. The tannins here are fine grained and sinewy with a delicate spiced note on the finish.
