The Caberlot 2021 presents a stunningly intense and complex nose of sour berry, red cherry, and damson, layered with hints of violet, Mediterranean herbs, and spice. The palate is both vibrant and energetic, demonstrating incredible depth of fruit flavour against a backdrop of intense, chalky minerality. Despite its power, the texture is one of extreme refinement, with finely chiselled tannins leading to a long, nuanced, and utterly captivating finish. A truly dramatic and riveting wine.
