2021 Langhe Nebbiolo, Cavallotto

Such an impressive Nebbiolo that speaks of its noble origins. It delivers bright cherry fruit, dried rose petal, liquorice, and a subtle sanguine note too. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a fine and ripe feel to tannins and which add a little grip of tension around the fruit. Notes of earth, undergrowth and blood orange flow across the palate and the finish is long and begs for another sip - very classical in style.
