The 2016 Paganelli will go down as a legendary iteration. Deep, and dark, with notes of tapenade and plenty of wild herbs, and then a core of dark fruit, it's insanely powerful. But what really marks this out is the poise and effortless elegance of the wine: it really shows the best of a remarkable vintage.
