A special wine from the ‘most historic part’ of Ravera, the densely planted old vines only produced 3,500 bottles in the exceptional 2010 vintage. Almost taffeta like in the mouth, it is paler and less chunky than the regular Ravera bottling. This was one of the best wines we tasted all week with incredible precision and length. It is far from the most expensive.
