The vines from this one hectare plot were planted in 2000. Beautifully, light ruby in the glass, enticing one into the nose of fresh black fruits, mountain herbs and dark chocolate. Whilst approachable now, the fine tannins give a great backbone to a vibrant core of raspberry and cherry fruit. Long on the finish, with notes of white flowers and pipe tobacco.
