Made from fruit from two distinct south-facing plots of vines planted in 1967, only around 1,000 cases of this wine were produced. This is a wild, complex wine, concentrated and compact on the palate, with more new French oak and real weight of flavour. Damson and liquorice notes are to the fore and there is clearly more to come from this wine.
