The wine comes from a small 1.3 hectare plot within the Finca Dofi plot and therefore is characterised by the iron and clay richness that this site emanates. Wild flowers and strawberries combine with bramble and herbal notes and a sweet clove spice on the finish. The tannins are firm and powdery, but certainly have the concentration on the palate to balance them out rather beautifully.
