PSI is named after the owner and winemaker, Peter Sisseck as well as the Greek symbol that ressembles a bush vine. Peter has worked tirelessly in the region to retain their old, bush vines that many deem commercially unviable. Over 600 parcels from 20 villages goes into this wine, with an average age of 50 years, made up of 92% Tempranillo and 8% Garnacha. Deep and intense colour profile with bramble fruits and spice. Red plums and red cherries are displayed in the glass with cloves and wild strawberries providing layers of intrigue. There is a concentrated core that is balanced perfectly with supple yet noticeable tannins.
