2021 was a vintage that benefitted from water throughout the growing season and has led to floral wines with great purity and minerality. Whole cluster ferment, with a long maceration and over a year ageing in large, neutral oak this wine displays great focus and and tension. The acidity is vibrant and the wild flowers and strawberries combine with violet and liquorice spice.
