The 2020 Txacoli from Astobiza is incredibly delicious. It’s so zesty, with notes of grapefruit pith and orange blossom. On the palate there’s focused acidity, and a lovely saline edge to the fruit. Utterly moreish, this is one you’ll want in the fridge every time you have seafood.
