2019 L'Arbossar, Terroir Al Limit, Priorat
Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie established Terroir Al Limit in 2001, defying local wisdom by planting on north facing slopes. L'Arbossar is a celebration of old vine Carignan using whole-bunch fermentation and ageing in cement vessels rather than oak. The result is an incredibly aromatic wine with crunchy red and vibrant blue fruit alongside sage and rosemary savoury notes.
