From probably the highest vineyards for Mencia in all of Spain comes this refreshing, sappy, light bodied but incredibly concentrated red. Tons of wild herbs and floral character on the nose, this is a true delight. Made with the help of celebrated consultant Raúl Pérez, husband and wife Miguel and María are championing these long-forgotten pre-phylloxera vines and vineyards. Definitely one to watch.
