Gravonia comes from the ‘Zaconia’ vineyard, a stone's throw from the River Ebro, and inspired by Graves in Bordeaux with its stony soils. This 100% Viura wine spends 4 years in American oak barrels prior to bottling and the wine takes on an oxidative quality that the Lopez de Heredia whites are known for. Honey, salted almonds and hay notes are supported by a pithy core and wonderful concentration.
