2022 Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Auslese, Joh. Jos. Prüm, Mosel

The south/south west facing vineyard is incredibly steep and is planted on weathered devonian slate. The Auslese takes on mandarin, mango and pineapple notes combined with ginger and some smoky notes. The palate is refreshing and lively and so wonderfully concentrated.
