The 'sundial' vineyard is one of the most famous within the Mosel, and J J Prum is probably regarded as one of the most renowned producers making wine here. Jasmine and white blossom florals are supported by flinty, mineral notes and white pepper spice. The palate is silky with a racy acidity. So approachable yet is bound to age for many years to come.
