This cremant is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir made with the Midas touch of winemaker Michael Brajkovich MW. It opens with fresh citrus and apple notes rounded out with a floral and brioche finish. Bone dry with a delightfully persistent mousse, this is a deliciously vinous expression of both grapes.
