The 2007 was the first vintage overseen by Cherie Spriggs and Brad Greatrix, but it already shows their deftness of touch. This has a very pure nose of crunchy red apples and ripe pears. The palate has a lovely texture, with the purity of fruit from the nose continuing onto the palate. With mouth-watering freshness and slightly biscuity finish, this is very impressive.
