N/V PN AYC 21, Bollinger

The PN AYC 21 is 100% Pinot Noir, principally from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ. 51% from 2021, with 49% coming from 3 excellent vintages 2012, 2013 and 2014. This is already delicious with aromas of fresh Braeburn apple, quince and citrus peel lead to lightly toasted brioche and an alluring, subtle smokiness. The palate shows the signature creaminess of Bollinger's house style, balanced masterfully with an underlying freshness and salinity on a long, complex finish.
