We haven’t tried another blend of Champagne like this: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris and Petit Meslier. Just 467 bottles were made, with the wine spending 12 months in steel tanks and then 24 months on the lees. This is so focussed and elegant, with incredible purity of exotic fruits and wild flowers, and just a hint of fresh croissant on the finish. Complex and profound.
