The Saint Anne NV is delicious and delicate. It comes from 35+ year old vines in Merfy. It is 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier. It has a pretty nose of peach, pear, chamomile and fresh pastry. On the palate it has very fine bubbles with lovely citrus fruit and good minerality.
