A blend of 65% pinot noir, 15% chardonnay, and 20% meunier, this is a really lovely Champagne that shows complex notes of mandarin oranges, croissant, and fresh peach, as well as plenty of grip and a very fine bead. Nicely judged, and very mouth watering.
