This is a leading example of Jurançon Sec from one of the finest producers in the region. It is bright pale gold, and has a rich, almost pungent nose of fresh pineapples and apricots. There is such intense flavour on the palate, it will really sing when paired with food. It has a weighty body, a tropical but vibrantly salty and fresh character and a sweet, almost creamy length. This is one of the most gourmand wines on our list, and also one of the most fun. A real jewel of South-West France.
