Deep, dark and gloriously red, this complex blend of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Mourvedre is beautifully expressive. Layers of rich, black fruit, cherries, berries and violets are supported by dark, earthy undertones. The ripe fruit flavours follow through to the palate where garrigue and pepper add complexity, combined with a subtle smoky finish. Thick, velvet tannins and fresh acidity give this wine impeccable structure which will continue to improve for at least a decade.
