A blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin must that is fortified with Tissot’s own Marc du Jura and aged for around 4 years. The nose has plenty of pear and fresh almond notes, along with some savoury grape skin notes from the Marc. It is fruity and spicy, with a gentle kick of alcohol.
