The Domaine is under the watchful eye of Raphael Thomas, who is producing some of the most exciting wines in Sancerre. The nose is open with aromas of blossom, minerals and slate. The fruit is energetic and vivacious on the palate, brimming with energy. Long mineral finish with delicious bite.
