Another terres blanches site, this is in the small hamlet of Amigny, and is considered by many as the defining wine of the Cotat collection. The 2019 is dry, tight, and direct on entry, but the volume and power so typical of this terroir are not far behind. This has a slightly lower acidity than François’s other cuvées, but its taut minerality gives it superb freshness.
