Made completely naturally, this is the first vintage of Utopia to be sold, despite Jonathan making the cuvée for 10 years. Long, slow presses mean that the resulting wine has great texture and complexity. Only 1,200 bottles made this year. This wine is approaching 'orange wine' in style. A brilliant food wine, and we love it, we recognise that it's not everyone's cup of tea.
